Bursar’s Client Service Center

Before calling, emailing, or visiting our office on behalf of a student, please ensure that the student has identified you as a designee via the Online FERPA Privacy Waiver in the Student Administration System, and that you have your assigned access code available. If you have not been assigned an access code, you will need to ask the student to complete the Online FERPA Privacy Waiver and name you as a designee in order for University staff to be able to speak with you. An e-mailed question is most quickly answered when it includes all pertinent information, such as student University ID(s) and a thorough description. Please do not include sensitive information such as social security numbers, credit card numbers, or bank account numbers. Client Service Representatives will not ever need, nor will they ever ask for this type of information. Please email us at Bursar@uconn.edu.
