Appeals will not be considered it there is a balance owed. You do not have to pay the late fee(s), though, to appeal.

Please explain in writing the extenuating circumstances beyond your control that prevented you from paying your tuition bill prior to the due date. Your bill must be paid in full in order for us to review your appeal. (Please note, you do not have to pay the late fee to make your appeal). Appeals for late fees posted in prior semesters will not be considered.
